This caterer refuses to refund our deposit or return our calls, texts, and emails. Our wedding is 10 months away, so we are well within the time range outlined in their own refund policy. Erik assured me that I would receive the refund by Monday, July 14th. Today is Wednesday, July 16th and we have heard nothing, despite multiple follow ups. This lack of communication has been extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend working with this company.
