Awesome science based program. Real results!
I stumbled upon this program when I received a letter from my insurance company. It was a pleasant surprise because it's covered by insurance. The program includes 12 sessions, each lasting two weeks. I've been a bit behind schedule as I struggle to find time to prepare the recipes (I'm naturally a bit slow). This is a great program -- it is feasible, low time commitment, and it's content is fabulous, presented in a way that stays with you and influences for the good your eating habits. I highly recommend it.
I enjoyed the 12 week program, the videos & recipe pdfs were extremely helpful. Having a dedicated coach to answer questions, check-ins and support was fantastic.
This program has worked for me. My blood pressure is much better, I have lost 9 pounds, and the knee pain I have lived with for more than 30 years has gone away!
