I went to see Steven to make me handmade 22k gold chain and crucifix and he worked with me every step of the way, helping to choose the proper link for the chain and matching crucifix. This was all work that needed to be done by hand not by machine and I had requested that it be completed in a relatively short period of time and he kept me in the loop every step of the way and he was on time and on budget. Steven was very responsive over email when I had a request that wasn't available on his website at the time, and shipped my ring very quickly. I bought one of his 14K engraved bands -- it's a really beautiful piece I know I'll wear a lot, especially because it stacks so well with other rings I own.
