Best class ever !!! Reese is a savior really went into great detail and helped with really understanding and retaining all the material covered .
I took the ServSafe class and passed. The instruction was clear and detailed, and the instructor explained everything very well. Even though English is not my first language, she was extremely patient and made sure I understood the material. The cost was reasonable, and I highly recommend this class to everyone working in the kitchen.
