I just want to start off by saying that I have been here many times but have never received such poor customer service ever, anywhere as I did here this evening. My husband and I ordered on Door Dash (just one pizza) and checked off for pickup. Then I received notification that my payment was successful and that "Savona's Trattoria has confirmed your order form DoorDash. Be ready to pick up your order between 5:50pm - 5:55pm."
