We have been using Savol Pools for our opening, closing and servicing of our pool since we bought our home over 13 years ago. The office staff has always been professional in our communications. Once we worked with Josh we were immediately impressed with his excellent customer service & great knowledge of our pool. I totally agree with Maria about the rudeness and Teala. My husband and I were customers of Savol Pools for about four years, and they are were aware of my husband’s brain injury which is why they needed to call me to keep me informed of any issues. The previous season, however, they performed work we did not ask them to and when they opened the pool for us this season I noticed problems. I have been using Savol for years now to open my in ground pool for me. But this year stands out! Teala has been amazing, she sent out a friendly reminder that it was that time of year again, thank God because it had completely slipped my mind! She has quick responses and even sent her team out sooner than I would have ever expected! The guys are great too! Very professional and friendly, fast too!
