Really sad about this business. We had been using them for service years and years, but they suddenly have a new office person Teala who is incredibly rude. She will talk down to you, she has a terrible attitude, she lacks understanding and compassion, and is unkind. Owners never responded to our requests for resolution. Beware. Update: we are now with Juliano’s pools who are amazing and treat their clients like valued customers.
The only pool company I trust. They are accommodating, informative, and honest which is most important to me and my family. I will be looking for services when it's time to open the pool again!
