I used to come to this nail salon regularly, but unfortunately the service has completely changed. The woman at the front desk will recognize herself because of how she treated me. I walked in and said hello, and she ignored me. I said hello a second time, and again there was no response. Then she simply asked, “What’s your name?” with no greeting or courtesy. This is my #1 choice salon. The staff at Savoir are always kind and professional, and Kim’s artistry and attention to detail is exceptional. I will continue to go back again and again, highly recommend!
