I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. As others have mentioned, the quality of the work is poor. The technician filed my nails to noticeably different lengths. Despite pointing this out several times, she argued with me instead of fixing them and developed an attitude. Another technician eventually had to step in. They ended up applying tips to correct the uneven lengths, then tried to charge me extra for them. I hate tips and never asked for them. Unfortunately, the old team is no longer there. I worked with Michelle last time, and she was so inexperienced that she barely delivered what I asked for.
Really happy with my nails! They paid attention to every little detail, and I love how they turned out. Great experience overall!
