I was back-to-school shopping yesterday with my daughter & Good news/bad news: cute clothes/bad customer service. I can’t stand walking into a store & being made to feel like I’m an imposition to the staff. I don’t like to be ignored, a greeting would be nice, as would some personality (i.e. “that looks so cute on you” or “try this, it is really cute”). Baseline: lots of room for improvement!
Easily my favorite. It says something when I still shop here, even living in NYC.💓
