Savoie did the electrical work in our new home. When one of the circuits went bad, I asked him to come out. He said he was busy, but to "call me next week," which I did. And the week after that. In all I left seven messages. If he had at least called and said "I'm sorry I don't have time to come out," it would have been better than to receive NO return call from him at all.
