I used to go here for the most of 2023 only for cornrows on my afro 4c hair! She always did a great job. See pictures attached. Please NOTE I usually wash and treat my hair at home myself, i make sure to go with my hair sectioned to make it easy for blowdrying. I still find the blowdrying process with her discomforting because I am tender headed. This led me to purchase a dryer brush so I do all that myself now. I have never had my hair done before. Mahatat was fantastic! We looked at several options and Maharat gave an excellent consultation and honest opinion. Then she sewed in a lace front wig and did an awesome job! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

You might see shinny reviews from people who have had box braids or Caucasians with easy to deal with hair, however, IF YOU HAVE AFRICAN 4C hair, you’ll be very sorry you came here. I was. She knows nothing about actual Afro textured hair (that isn’t locked), and will not let you tell her or decide. I had a horrible experience because I was deceived by the reviews online and from people who had relaxed/permed hair.
