I got gum on my favorite slacks and brought them to another dry cleaner first—they told me it could take weeks and still might not come out. I then went to Star, and the woman there didn’t even flinch when I pointed out the stain. She smiled and said, “No problem!” Three days and $11 later, my pants were crisp, clean, and good as new. Extremely poor service and another disgruntled customer. Please read the other reviews, and do not go here. There are many better options in the area. Did not follow instructions on scrubs and sent for dry cleaning instead of wash/fold. Refused to accept her mistake, and charged me an obscene amount to clean two scrub top/pants even thought was promised at time of delivery that the price would be same as wash/fold. This cleaner takes advantage of customers.
