I got gum on my favorite slacks and brought them to another dry cleaner first—they told me it could take weeks and still might not come out. I then went to Star, and the woman there didn’t even flinch when I pointed out the stain. She smiled and said, “No problem!” Three days and $11 later, my pants were crisp, clean, and good as new.
