I give this practice ZERO stars, a client/patient went for simple blood work and was saddled with a $2K bill. The office wasn't proactive in resolving the issue, which started as a result of the incorrect codes being sent to the Ins co. Its been over 8 mths and still no resolution. Email responses have been rude and unprofessional, Savitri forgets her place as a provider and used verbiage that was stressful to the patient, in stead of continuing to assist and be compassionate, she blamed the Ins co.
