Pros: Stephen and Matt are both knowledgeable and good at what they do. Cost isn’t terrible if you’re in Bastrop. In Austin, you may want to shop around. Cons: The owner, JD, has poor communication and business management skills. Even his own clients prefer dealing with his employees over him.
Met with Matt and Macario with SAVIOR SERVICE they came to fix some bad water I had and now I got a filtration system that’s gonna stop all my problems i look forward to getting everything resolved with these guys. They know what they’re doing. They’re awesome thank you Savior Service Company for a great job.
Total rip-off! The tech was nice but they charged us $225 for five minutes work and using my plunger to boot I will never consider using them again!!! I hope they go broke!!!
Fast response to/repair of unscheduled plumbing pipe repair (split pex line). Young men were very professional, helpful, & courteous. Adding this company to my list of repair service providers for future reference. Highly recommended.
