First time Ive been here, Jake seems to be a genuine person, explained to me exactly what was wrong, options to fix it, (very much appreciated that) as well as their preventative approach to mechanics and the philosophy behind his business approach. It was a 10/10 for me and they have now found themselves a new customer. Happy Days!
Waited 10 days after they said it would take 2 days $75 inspection fee… just to take the radiator cap off, look inside the hole and tell me it’s not good and to buy a new one. Price they gave me was $890…. EBay has them for $149 Absolute joke This is the 3rd time I’ve tried these guys and every time it’s a waste of time. Do not recommend at all
Highly recommended Jake is very reliable and he takes the time to explain everything, I’d highly recommend Jake as my mechanic and I will be travelling back to Lismore just to get my work done to my cars
Was quoted to replace all hoses in vehicle at $1600 or entire cooling system at $3000 for a coolant leak. Got a second quote and it was one $13 O-ring to fix the leak. Not convinced they even actually diagnosed the issue. Just charged me and gave me a ridiculous quote.
