James and his assistant did a great job and were aware of their location (working in a ladies dress shop). So very happy with them both. My only critique would be to do a better job of cleaning the work area after the work has been done. There were several spots of (goo)! I'm sure it was just an oversight but I had to get some simple green and spend 5 or so minutes cleaning the floor. But again, James was awesome. Will definitely recommend to others. Curt Coleman

Solution to stopped up drain was quickly remedied and a plan was made for further prevention of problems.
It took some effort, but they got my washing machine drain cleaned out. They didn't quit until the job was complete.
