Mark has change my life , without him Idk what I’d do , he helped me with my anger , with any issue I have he helps and I never feel judged , he’s wicked understanding , I found him at the darkest time of my life and he helped me dig myself out of the giant cloud of depression I was in
I was referred to Mark by my family physician after experiencing severe symptoms of daily anxiety, agoraphobia and panic attacks. I had seen 2 other counselors for my anxiety previously but had no luck until I found Mark. He presented many effective practices for me to be able to take my life back and with time the symptoms have lessened more and more. Very professional but comfortable enough to talk to about anything. I’m so grateful to Mark and higly recommend him to anyone!
Mark has seen me through a lot over the years. He listens well, however if asked he will give you constructive feedback. Something he says or something I'm able to dump there usually leaves me with some thinking or self searching to do. He is a good man. A kind and compassionate man, who truly does care about his clients. I know someone who is male that speaks very highly of him too. Highly recommend.
