The people that work in this branch are very friendly. I've been to some of the other branches and they aren't as nice as the tolland office. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for a new bank.
The staff are very professional, polite and helpful. They can cash my paycheck with no hassle. That's why I switched after being a loyal SBM / Key Bank customer for 30 years.
Their staff are truly amazing! They are so pleasant and I receive many complements and a great atmosphere the second I walk in! They are very cheerful and will help you with anything in mind.
