Do the walk through at the end! I hired Saving Grace for a move-in clean and ended up skipping the final walk through (my fault). Unfortunately a lot of things got missed. Two closets, a set of cupboards and a vanity were not touched and lots of smaller things were missed that I had hoped a cleaning company would have done. I even found an old sponge in the back of a drawer... I ended up going back through and cleaning it again myself. Just wanted to share my experience with Saving Grace Cleaning & Services. We are a family of 8. Kate & staff from Saving Grace have always been very professional, thorough, efficient, flexible and kind. I have weekly cleaning & I am always so happy coming home to a nice clean home. I would highly recommend Saving Grace to any of my family or friends.
I had a frustrating experience with Saving Grace Cleaners in Ladysmith. I initially contacted them via email on July 10 to schedule a move-out cleaning for August 31. They promptly confirmed the booking but did not respond to my follow-up questions until a month later after I left a voicemail. Kate called back, but I missed the calls due to appointments. Cody and Saving Grace Pro Clean did a wonderful job on our windows. He took the time to be very detailed as requested and I appreciate how hard he worked to get the job done. We also had him power wash the house and walkway and we couldn’t be more pleased. We would highly recommend Saving Grace and would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you Cody!!
