Look, they give you a starbucks gift card to review them so don't believe all of those ratings. The last class I took for ACLS was aweful, they cut the material down more than half and didn't bother to cover anything but 1 mega code and then blamed it on AHA new guidelines, which is bs because other companies are not doing the same. Unprofessional waste of money and time.

I registered for course online and haven't been to schedule a class. No call backs or email. Do not sign up
This was my first time at this facility, and I needed to renew my BLS for healthcare providers. James Woith was my instructor, and he was pleasant, very professional. The facility was neat and clean; water and coffee was provided. I will definitely return in a few months for PALS and ACLS
4 hours with Katie just flew by! And I told her so myself. Hope this review helps because her teaching style is amazing.
