I worked as an Associate doing tenant rep and office leasing work. I was getting a draw of 55k, and I was mainly calling companies to see if they were interested in leasing their space or acquiring new space, I barely made any money, your mentors are gonna take everything. Your mentors are not your friends. I received no mentorship; it’s a very corporate culture; the only thing you’ll learn is how to be an office space shower; you will know nothing about commercial real estate investments; you’re just an office lease guy.
