List your property with someone else. I have no idea where to start with how poor of work ethic and accountability Devon Kahle and John Bertram have. I was on the leasing end of a deal they were representing for the leasor on a 3 year sublease for 5400 sq/ft - what I imagine is a typical walk in the park for most brokers.
