Do not use Savills Farnham. Use an independent Local Farnham Estate Agent. Savills Farnham will work with non local developers to force planning into designated protected areas such as the South Farnham Arcadian Zone. An Aug25 Savills Planning Application for 7 houses in the Bourne Conservation Area was opposed by >250 local Bourne residents. All of which, will also NOT be using Savills Farnham going forward. Use a Local Agent that works for the best interests of the community of South Farnham.
