Extremely disappointed with Kate’s service that giving 1 star is generous. My review is quite similar to another one that was given. Scheduled for a painting to be delivered in time for a special Christmas gift. I received the invoice for the balance and I immediately paid it, but she did not deliver the painting as she promised. I bought two pieces of art through her website a month ago and have received ZERO correspondence-no email, phone call,and not my merchandise. I have called and left messages and sent emails,none of which were returned. Now I have to go through the trouble of filing a dispute with my credit card company. I used to bring my kids here to paint and went to the Green Ginger paint session with a friend. Never again. She took my money and has not communicated at all. Don't buy art work online-you will never get it!
