Thoroughly enjoyed the move in process, it was fairly quick smooth and Jazmine helped me understand everything in detail. I’m only about 10-15 days in so far and I have no complaints, my space was very clean upon moving in! Everything I could ask for, for my first apartment.
The Saville Apartments are great! Nice and quiet atmosphere and the apartments are beautiful. 10/10
I’ve been living here for 2 years with NO major issues. I love living here and will renew my lease ASAP!
AATN: Very poor. Had city inspectors come in today and find 10+ code violations. Trash issues throughout building, pest issues throughout building, very dissatisfied as a current resident. And yes I’m not the only resident to have this ceiling water damage mold issue. 6 of us total so far. The complex is going to be under heavy scrutiny with the city.
I was just a Saville Resident from 2023-2024 due to moving to Wilmington for work. I never had an issue with the managers or residents, and it was a nice place in a good spot for my situation. The actual apartment was in nice condition and the appliances all were new as well. Also was a big apartment (1 bed). The reason for my move out is not the apartment, but my work.
