Genuinely the most amazing landlords I ever had. If there is an issue, the response is immediate. Everything that was asked of us was reasonable, and I always felt that I still had privacy even though I was renting. That is a very rare thing. After using a few other realtors in the area, this group had- by far- the nicest properties. You can rent from them with peace of mind. I honestly can’t say that about anywhere else.

Stay away from the Savidge Housing group at all costs! Your wallet will thank you for staying away. When issues arise, you won't be able to contact them by phone call, text, email or the maintenance request option on their website. All contact will go ignored. Due to this, you won't get anything tended to in a timely manner including huge issues. Great experience from first inquiry through move out. Professional, responsive, great maintenance service throughout. Only moved because of distance. Highly recommend!
