Normal they do amazing my provider is out this morning and due to a issue with the Internet I missed my appointment even though I called twice yesterday they failed to mention that and didn't help me with what I called about a med I take and get monthly ran out of refills I called to get that taken care of yesterday and they didn't help said I'll give you a call back later but failed to do.
