BUYERS AND RENTERS BEWARE. If you plan on parking your car in the Parkade, be aware this place has a serious break in problem. Over the past year there have numerous reports of people’s cars getting broken into, and any items left in the parking stalls end up getting stolen. Condo board has yet to fix this issue and probably never will.
Nice place on the inside, very loud on the outside. Always something or someone making a tonne of noise.
Newer condo complex that is nice and clean. The architecture is pleasant and evokes a mountain chalet feeling. There is one building that will eventually will be three. It’s close to shopping and a rec Centre. It’s in a great location sort of the downtown area of Clareview.
