I wanted to send a special Thank you to Sarah L at Saveway In CT (DCC Propane/Uncas Gas). I called several times to resolve a billing/invoicing issue and she was on top of it each and every single time. We were finally able to resolve and all is good. Although Uncas dropped the ball on deliveries and contacts last winter, Heather as well as the team that came out to install my new tank and lines performed admirably. When it was found that my tanks were not to code, installed too close to my mini-split, Heather got things in motion to rectify the problem. I purchased a 300 gal tank, upgrading my two 120 gal. Pam Padolono, is a wonderful asset to this company. She is definitely responsible for keeping a lot of the old customers who would have left if not for her. Jennie was a wonderful help and the driver Robert is great and went beyond to help.

Always a pleasure to call. Mallory is always nice and has a great attitude. Delivery is always reasonable and they offer a 10cent discount for paying within 10 days! Top notch service.
