I want to thank Chef Melissa Araujo for the most amazing pot roast and potatoes. She is such a compassionate person. During her busy day of planning and cooking for her business she took the time to prepare AND deliver a meal over 70 miles to my family since i was unable to cook due to neck surgery. OMG the roast melted in our mouth like butter. it was so amazing with NO leftovers but full fat bellies. Again thank you so much you are GOD sent.
Melissa showed up and cooked up a storm! We partied around her in the kitchen while she impressed the hell out of us with her flair for the extraordinary. Seriously an amazing experience! Thank you so much for making my friend’s 50 birthday party an event to remember. 😍😍😍
Melissa is a professional caterer who cares about the food she creates. We collaborated together on a meal for twenty for four nights for my production to be reflective of a New Orleans meal in the 1800s. She dove into the project with fervor and designed six delicious and creative dishes. Her ingredients are always fresh and local due to her certified farm to table status. I enjoyed working with Melissa and recommend hiring her for your special occasion.
