I'm really upset that savers is closing. It was way better than the webster store. They really messed up a lot of lives by deciding to close this store.
I usually love Savers, but today really spoiled it for me. I had a item ($20) I was considering for my husband, but wasn't sure on it. I asked the cashier if I could return it. He said yes. I later was able to get an a hold of my husband who said the item wouldn't work. I immediately returned to the store (within 1 hr of purchase) and was told I could only exchange it. Maybe $20 isn't much, but I don't need anything else at the store (had just spent $75) and the money returned would be nice.
I absolutely love this store. They have a fantastic selection and their sales are a wonderful bonus.
The store is neat, organized and best of all CLEAN! This has been the only thrift store that I donate goods to for the past few years and I really enjoy shopping there. The prices are great to begin with and when there are additional discounts...WOW! Any of the staff that I have had contact with has been pleasant and helpful.
