The staff at this location is phenomenal and always friendly and helpful. The store is always well organized and clean. Now the reason for the 2 star rating, the pricing on items. Like other chain thrift stores they have gotten out of control with pricing on certain items. Some are so high that even after 50% off day the item is still sitting there the next day and even for several weeks. You would think that would be a good indicator for them to lower the price. I've been shopping at Savers for 35 years and in recent years I've seen the prices Skyrocket especially at this Flagstaff store. But today I encountered a principal issue which causes me to not only stop shopping here but you also stop sending donations here and while it was a small monetary matter it was a matter of principle. We have long been members of Savers Thrift Store in Albuquerque and we're happy to see they had one in Flagstaff Arizona upon our recent visit. The product availability was fairly okay that's what they get the two stars for and then they get a 0 twice for customer service. We were looking for a couple of items and I wasn't able to readily find them. When they first opened years ago, they used to be really cheap. I go in there as more expensive than a goodwill.
