We have long been members of Savers Thrift Store in Albuquerque and we're happy to see they had one in Flagstaff Arizona upon our recent visit. The product availability was fairly okay that's what they get the two stars for and then they get a 0 twice for customer service. We were looking for a couple of items and I wasn't able to readily find them. I live out of town and haven’t been going here much in the last few years. I wasn’t aware of all the changes they made. No more changing rooms. I was told that I could exchange (I should have asked more specifically here what this meant) my items if they didn’t fit. Figured I could try on in my vehicle what didn’t fit and get a refund. $3.99 for used dvds. Goodwill doesn't even charge that much.
friendly personal clean and affordable prices
Beware the prices at this Savers. I will occasionally find a decent deal on something I'm looking for but the prices overall are really expensive, which is sad because Iv donated to this location for years. Management or whoever is in charge of pricing needs to do a better job of recognizing what some items go for new. Clothing prices are probably the better deal at this location but anything household is overpriced. I cannot recommend this store as a place of good value
