My husband and I have shopped here often. We donate even more regularly. Things have gone downhill since the pandemic and the worst part of it, no one cares. This review is to counter their lackadaisical attitude about customer service. First, they have the ultimate business model: their product is free so all that they charge, they collect as profit.
