I use to love going to savers and today I just went in and was beyond disappointed. not only was everything WAY over priced but the customer service was horrid. I can buy brand new for those prices and I bought a pair of pants there that literally disintegrated as I put them on, a waste of $8!! To end my visit the cashier was very snobby and after I paid for my few items I asked for a bag she huffed and told me those cost 5 cents, which would have been nice to know before I paid so I could have added that 5cents to my transa... read more

Just go to Ross, Marshall's or TJ max. The stuff at those discount stores is new and prices are lower than this savers thrift store. $9 for a used Target brand T-shirt? $12 for a used JC Penny's shirt with stains. What is going on?

I am very disappointed in Savers and their donation card!!! Not only did they change the 30% off any amount to a maximum of $100.00 ... but now they want to give you a time limit on when you can use it! Savers, you make tons of money off of all the FREE stuff you get from the donations getting dropped off! You could at least give the freedom to use their donation stamp card when they felt like it!!!! Seriously considering no longer donating to you and shopping other places first!
The best thrift store ever been to, they have it all.
