I stay at hotels through the Bring Fido app, often with my service dog Bodhi. The Claret is so crowded and hectic; it is definitely NOT dog-friendly! I have never had such a horrific experience! I was greeted at the host desk by a server who refused to seat us in the restaurant because I had my service dog with me. I gently reminded her that she is not allowed to refuse us service (he is extremely well-behaved and wears all the apparel required for a trained service dog).
