I have been ordering from them for years and I have never had an issue .
Absolutely horrific customer service. Defective contact lenses which I believe our counterfeit Received lenses, as I began using them I noticed two of blister containers were dried out. Which means the contacts were dry, cracked and defective. Contacted the Save on Lens and Taylor Z. Offered me 5% on a future order. She said I cannot be offered a return, replacement or refund.
