The owner Prashant goes above and beyond to make sure customers are 100% satisfied. Prashant and one of his service techs Jacob came to my store to replace a computer board and to show me several features about the machines. Shopping for washers and dryers is not my favorite thing to shop for but I am glad I went with savemore. There was a hiccup in the plan because of the buildings and Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with both my purchase and the service. Will definitely use for my other locations.
