I had to give one star because there isn't a way to give negative stars!! DO NOT take your car here unless you just need it out of your drive. John had my Traverse for 3 MONTHS!! AND DID NOTHING!! He claimed that the timing chain was bad and in order to replace that a new engine would be needed. The cost, $8100! Well, we told him to go ahead and get the new engine and repair it and offered a deposit. He didn't take the deposit and still did nothing.
