All these negative reviews about never getting through on the phone and never getting called back is ridiculous. I got a call through right away EVERY time I called and I have had more than one phone call back. Stop lying to make a business look bad. Just because you had a problem, doesn't mean everyone else has. Slander of a business because you don't get what you want, is craziness. Grow up people.
I love Dr. Savelli and most of her staff are exceptional, however as others have reviewed, her reception is completely nonexistent. You can never get through on the phone, they never return messages, and as of this week the voicemail has been full every day so you can't even leave a message. This is not an isolated incident and has been going on for over a year. How are you supposed to reach the Dr.? If anyone reading these reviews at the office, please give me a call...
Most helpful caring and knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and competent.
The receptionist does not return calls and it is impossible to book appointments. Next you are told you need a new referral because it’s been over a year since seeing the doctor. Very frustrating!!
