I love Dr. Savelli and most of her staff are exceptional, however as others have reviewed, her reception is completely nonexistent. You can never get through on the phone, they never return messages, and as of this week the voicemail has been full every day so you can't even leave a message. This is not an isolated incident and has been going on for over a year. How are you supposed to reach the Dr.? If anyone reading these reviews at the office, please give me a call...
Most helpful caring and knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and competent.
The receptionist does not return calls and it is impossible to book appointments. Next you are told you need a new referral because it’s been over a year since seeing the doctor. Very frustrating!!
Dr. Savelli is a fabulous doctor. She is caring and a very knowledgeable neurologist. I have recommended her several times. Her staff are caring and professional. Bravo to the way everyone works in this office.
