Donna is so kind and loving, and truly wants the best for her customers. She was very understanding when we had to cancel a flower order after my son's girlfriend dumped him 4 days before Prom. Save the Day Floral will always be my first choice for flowers!

Donna is always so great to work with. We order the table decorations, for our business, from her every 2-3 weeks, and have never been disappointed. She chooses flowers and greens that will last a couple weeks and still look good, and we really appreciate that! She is definitely my go-to florist!

So it was a slightly disappointing experience.. While the bouquets and flower arrangements she had for us were beautiful, they were not the colors that we originally discussed. Specifically the royal blue I wanted, this was something that i wanted and had envisioned for my special day. I knew that they would need to be painted but I was totally fine with that. The floral work by Donna was absolutely stunning! Every arrangement was thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed, and smelled amazing. The flowers truly brought the entire event to life. As a coordinator, I appreciated how prompt and prepared she was, arriving right on time and ready to get everything set up smoothly. Her communication, creativity, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
