I had the pleasure of working with Kendall, and I can't say enough about her excellent service! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and resourceful throughout the entire process. Kendall took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and offered great suggestions without ever being pushy. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun, and I truly appreciated her friendly, down-to-earth approach. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and provides amazing service, I highly recommend Kendall!
I ended up purchasing my dress here, but it's a bit rich to charge $50 for an appointment and then ask for a tip on top of that. Are y'all not paying your staff accordingly? I already paid $50 for something that should have been free, and that was not taken out of the cost of the dress I ended up buying.
