I have been into the store a few times to purchase supplies and once to have my machine repaired. They have been very helpful, honest, and efficient. The manager called me within 10 minutes of dropping off my machine and told me it was just the wrong presser foot! DUH on my part. Of course they do try to sell their brand of machines or upsell but they clearly hear me when I say that I really can't afford it. This alone will bring me back over and over and for that newer, better machine that I have my eye on.
