The girls at the front desk were not friendly at all, and as the first port of call this does not resonate well with me. The physician that ran all my tests was lovely and very informative, but to wait 13 weeks to get my results through to my specialist, for something that was only suppose to take 6 - 8 weeks is very unprofessional, especially when there was no communication from Save Sight Institute. Specialists are nice but the staff are unprofessional, their eftpos machine was offline the day I visited , so they told me they will call me to collect funds another day. Then they called and asked my card number, expire date of card, CVV at the back of the card and EVEN my card PIN…. Like even your bank tells you never share your pin to anyone but they said you must otherwise you ll need to come back to pay… There is no other options at all… I am just speechless of what they have done.
