If I could give negative stars I would! We are so unhappy with this company… while managing our property.. they have been consistently late paying us.. now they have not even paid us for the last two months.. we just changed companies and love our new management… save property management frequently messed up bookings and failed to let us know about damage to our home when buying the place and rented our place out for far less then we agreed on and never updated the books .. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Stayed at their Regal Palms property in Davenport, FL. Horrible experience, as you can see from the photos bugs are a huge issue. They ate our food, bit the family, and left other dead insects around the house. The couch in the living room was broken so that took away the largest seating area, and wasn't fixed during our stay. Others people hair were found in the sheets, so cleaning ladies are not doing their job. The kitchen sink smelled like death and the disposal no longer worked. It was super dusty and not cleaned after, the showers wouldn't drain, and the beds had bed bugs!
