We checked into 206 Verona at the Regal Palms resort in Orlando Florida on Oct 10 2020. Our checkout was going to be Oct 17 2020. We paid the resort fees and went to the home. Upon entering, we immediately noticed how filthy the place was. It looked like they came and just picked up a few things and never vacuumed the floors, cleaned the furniture, etc. Not only was it the cleanliness, the microwave had a large crack down the bottom of it and when turned on, it rattled.
