I bought a Vauxhall insignia as a runabout. A couple of weeks later, it was starting very slow in the cold weather and the battery was on its way out. They are expensive being the start/stop type. I offered to fit a new one myself to save the hour round trip and they kindly agreed to my offer to both share the cost of a new one 50/50. This was paid promptly by Shaun to resolve the matter and give me piece of mind. Fair both ways so thank you again. Tony

Engine light came on 1 month after purchase, the garage plugged it in and said there's several problems there and it's hard to narrow down without tearing down the car so he wiped them and asked me to return as soon as the engine light comes back on in the hopes there wouod be less warnings. They are terrible with insurance covers , i got 6 months insurance cover and before the last month my car had an issues which was supposed to be covered under insurance , and i went there first day to ask they said there's no garage man present at the moment come tomorrow so i visited tomorrow then the garage man said bring diagnostic report okay so i bought diagnostic report after 3 days then they said there's no manager today so come tomorrow, then i went after 3 days again the garage man had a look on my car and said its ... read more
