It was a good experience and they are professional
I had a really disappointing experience here. Even before I stepped inside the salon, someone at the front asked if I had cash. When I said no, they told me I had to go to a nearby ATM if I wanted a haircut. I offered to e-transfer the payment, but they flat-out refused and were quite rude about it. I hadn’t even sat down, and I already felt unwelcome. At that point, I decided to leave. I don’t mind businesses having a cash-only policy, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that. I won’t be returning.
