Wow!! If I could give zero stars I would I brought 5 wool coats that are $500 apiece thinking I would get them back clean and fresh. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the quality of work this place did. Not only did all of my coats come back all stuffed into one bag and I am talking about long wool over coats but the amount of hair and lint and dust they had on them when I busted them out of the one little plastic bag they were stuffed into like sardines! Dropped off some clothing items earlier today and I received the worst customer service ever from the girl working the counter. Otherwise the quality of work and prices are great.
Dropped off some clothing items earlier today and I received the worst customer service ever from the girl working the counter. Otherwise the quality of work and prices are great.
They left stains on my clothes and half of my clothes was damaged I do not recommend this place. I didn’t notice my clothes was damaged until I opened the bag all my expensive clothing was ruined and non of the stains were off!
