I don’t like complaining but I had the worst experience ever. They ruin my $400 Comforter. When picked it up today and put it in my car. I had a foul odor when I smelled the bag. It was coming from the side and then I saw small flies in the bag when I opened it up it was wet. They didn’t dry clean. They put it in the washer and didn’t probably dry it when I asked what happened. We had a bad experience, they were not honest especially the manager Esperanza, she tries to cheat, she behaves grotesque and disinterested. We had to have a bad time trying to get them to fix a damage that they had done to our dress.
Wow!! If I could give zero stars I would I brought 5 wool coats that are $500 apiece thinking I would get them back clean and fresh. I am so disappointed and disgusted at the quality of work this place did. Not only did all of my coats come back all stuffed into one bag and I am talking about long wool over coats but the amount of hair and lint and dust they had on them when I busted them out of the one little plastic bag they were stuffed into like sardines! Hey, mistakes happen BUT they are very good about fixing them or making things right. Been customers for years!
Dropped off some clothing items earlier today and I received the worst customer service ever from the girl working the counter. Otherwise the quality of work and prices are great.
