This place has gone out of business, just went there and saw the sign.
I wouldn’t go so far as to say they are rude, but they definitely need to learn what customer service is all about. Abrupt can be construed as rude. I too have mentioned several times that the hours on the website were incorrect. It fell on deft ears. They should have watched how the previous owners conducted business.
Pricing is really fair but customer service can be hit or miss
The staff has never been rude to me. They have actually been very nice and you can't beat the prices. Their hours are m-f 7am-7pm and sat 9am-5pm. It's stated incorrect on the Google hours. I submitted a suggestion to correct it. They always do a great job with my clothes and blankets.
