I just wanted people to be aware of this issue, before buying the blinds... Blinds are okay, but the Bluetooth system motor is faulty. Constantly disconnecting from the app and you can't even add it yourself. I keep pressing the reset button but the app isn't finding any devices to add. The company only given me two courtesy technician visits. I have to pay further, even though it's within a year of purchase, amd faulty motors are not my fault, the issue is technical and should be warranty covered. I don't recommend this com... read more

I researched local window covering locations, Save on Blinds came up with a 5 star rating. This is no mislead, they are outstanding. Very quick to address my needs and actually had the product in stock, showed me how to remove and install the replacement component. The price was incredibley fair. They get a 5 star rating for a reason, they are a 10. I would use and recommend them without hesitation. .
