Overall, Save on Blinds was easy to deal with and their fabric selections are lovely. After the springs went in my manual roller blinds after only 8 months, they were replaced as a one-time warranty replacement. That being said, they continue to be very difficult to raise and often don't stay in the lowered position properly; it typically takes a minimum of two to three tries to raise them high enough. I just wanted people to be aware of this issue, before buying the blinds... Blinds are okay, but the Bluetooth system motor is faulty. Constantly disconnecting from the app and you can't even add it yourself. I keep pressing the reset button but the app isn't finding any devices to add. The company only given me two courtesy technician visits. I have to pay further, even though it's within a year of purchase, amd faulty motors are not my fault, the issue is technical and should be warranty covered. I don't recommend this com... read more
