Fausto was excellent every step of the way!

Been trying to get our blinds installed by Fausto for a month now. Paid almost 1k upfront and service has been appalling. He has promised to have it ready to install several times already and then never showed or even answered the phone. Still waiting for install. Was supposed to be today but again there is no sign of him. Terrible experience so far, please avoid at all costs. Seems like I may have to go to the small businesses bureau to try and get some of my money back now
Can’t find a more responsible business owner with great service. My first choice if I need blinds again.
